Kyle Andrews (Ohio Delta ’78) graduated from The Ohio State University in March 1981 with a B.S in Natural Resources. He played lacrosse and was a 4 year starter, letterman and scholar athlete.
Kyle enjoyed a 12 year career as a U.S. Marine Corps Officer, flying the AV-8A Harrier before becoming an instructor pilot in the AV-8B. After being medically grounded for an eye tumor, he served 4 years as the AV-8B Harrier Program Analyst, where he was called upon many times to conduct extensive research, then develop and deliver results presentations to US and foreign government executives and high ranking officers from the Armed Services. His presentations and recommendations were highly influential on decisions for operational improvements to the AV-8B aircraft and the training of its pilots.
Since medically retiring from the Marine Corps, Kyle has spent 15 years in sales and marketing in the technology marketplace, and is a Founding Partner of Pretium Partners, Inc., a sales training and consulting firm dedicated to helping technology solutions providers raise their value propositions and sell the business impact of their solutions.
Kyle’s expertise was forged in technology and services sales, and helping companies develop and institute business recovery plans. His training experience crosses a broad array of industries and companies in 13 countries. For the past 12 years he has been devoted to developing, selling and facilitating solution selling and return-on-investment workshops that have increased sales effectiveness for companies such as NCR, Lucent Technologies, Logicalis, Diebold, Philips Medical Systems, ABB, MapInfo and Worldcom.
Kyle is the co-chair of the Sales and Marketing Chapter of The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IOAP), and has spoken on the subject of selling at the IAOP Outsourcing World Summit, Association for Services Management International (AFSMI) World Conferences, The Outsourcing Institute’s Vendor Summit, the Information Technology Council, Federal Sourcing Partnering and Privatization Conference and other events.
He serves on the Phi Kappa Psi House Corporation, the Children’s Hospital Development Board, is a member of the Civil Air Patrol, and is a volunteer high school lacrosse coach for St. Charles. Interests include bicycling, backpacking, skiing, golf and flying. |

| Mitchell Grant formed his financial planning practice with Lincoln Financial Advisors in 1989. The focus of his practice is retirement and estate planning as well as employee benefits and investment services for affluent individuals and business owners. Gordon M. Gough was recently appointed to Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the Ohio Council of Retail Merchants. In his expanded role, Gordon provides management oversight of internal and external communications, membership development, and advertising and marketing efforts. Gordon serves as Editor of the Council’s quarterly magazine Council Concepts, maintains government/lobbying duties, and provides executive leadership to the Ohio Tire and Automotive Association, Ohio Receivables Management Association, and the Ohio Association of Convenience Stores.
Before this responsibility, Gordon held the title Director of Legislative and Corporate Affairs. Prior to joining the Council, Gordon served the Ohio Department of Commerce as a Legislative Liaison.
Gordon graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from The Ohio State University and a M.B.A. in Finance and Global Management from the Dauch College of Business and Economics at Ashland University.

David L. Rausch received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Biological Sciences at The Ohio State University in 1990. As an undergraduate, Mr. Rausch majored in Microbiology. Mr. Rausch received his Master in Health Administration Degree from The Ohio State University Graduate Program in Health Management and Policy in 1992. Mr. Rausch completed a Finance and Accounting Concentration during his MHA studies. Mr. Rausch concluded his academic career with a Health Administration Fellowship at the Licking Memorial Health System in Newark, Ohio in 1993.
Mr. Rausch served as an Evening/Night Administrator for Riverside Methodist Hospitals from 1991 to 1992. From 1993 to 1997 Mr. Rausch was employed by the Medaphis Physician Services Corporation as a Client Manager. Mr. Rausch managed numerous (8 to 14 at a time) hospital-based-specialty physician practices in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Iowa for Medaphis. Mr. Rausch joined the AllMed Financial Corporation in 1997 as the Director of Practice Management. During his time with AllMed Financial, he also served as the Interim Director of Operations, Chicago Region and the Interim Director of Operations, St. Louis Region. From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Rausch served as the Administrator and Business Manager for The Ohio State University Department of Neurology and its associated Professional Corporation. Mr. Rausch is currently Director, Operations for Mount Carmel HealthProviders, Inc., which the employed medical provider group own by the Mount Carmel Health System. Mr. Rausch is primarily responsible for the operation of 17 primary care and specialty medical practices.
Mr. Rausch is Board Certified in Healthcare Management by, and holds Fellow Status in, the American College of Healthcare Executives. Mr. Rausch is active in the Medical Group Management Association, the American College of Medical Practice Executives, the American Medical Group Association and various local healthcare focused organizations. Mr. Rausch also remains active with The Ohio State University Graduate Program in Health Management and Policy. |

Prior to BMW I spent 8 years as a technology consultant/manager - mostly with Andersen Consulting/Accenture.
Other point --- BMWFS generally has good entry level positions for college grads with a good GPA - these positions are mostly working in the call center - but are a good start with a good company. I can provide referrals. I can also give good advice and networking contacts to anyone looking to start a career in technology. |

Tracy joined GatesMcDonald in March 1999 as National Claims Manager for large accounts. He managed the claims component of workers’ compensation, auto and general liability. In July 2000, He was promoted to Director of DMS Account Services, overseeing the western U.S. sector of account management through direct relationships with carriers, employers and industry-related providers. In March 2002, Tracy was promoted to RMS Director of Field Operations, overseeing national operations. Tracy Higginbotham was promoted to Associate Vice President of Operations in January 2003. 11 of the GatesMcDonald field offices report directly to Tracy.
Prior to joining GatesMcDonald, Tracy was National Claims Manager with PMA Management Corporation and held several positions with the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, including claims management and personnel positions. He also held a management position in the finance industry and was a claims consultant for several workers’ compensation providers, where he designed, marketed and implemented training courses, as well as conducted workflow studies to improve operating efficiencies.
Tracy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from The Ohio State University. He received his Associate in Risk Management designation and is licensed in Ohio to sell life/disability/health and property/casualty insurance. Tracy also received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Army. |

Mr. Stewart received his undergraduate degree in 1964 and his law degree in 1967 from The Ohio State University. Following graduation from law school, Mr. Stewart served in the U.S. Army for two years, including service in Vietnam, achieving the rank of Captain. He is responsible for the operations of Cornerstone Title, the firm's title insurance agency, and is an active title insurance agent. He is a member of the Real Property and Bankruptcy Committees of the Columbus Bar Association, as well as the Real Property Section of the Ohio State Bar Association.

My experience has been actually with one company which was Corrugated Container Corp that became Corco which was sold and Liqui Box was a subsidiary and the surviving entity.
My experience with all of this was as part time sample maker and package design, salesman, A founder of Liqui Box corp. division, V.P. of corrugated operations, Sales Manager of L.B., V.P of sales L.B. Ex V.P. of Liqui Box, President and C.O.O. and Vice Chairman.
Liqui Box was a innovative packaging company in the bag and box industry, Blow molding, Injection molding, machine building (Filling equipment and Mfg equipment) with 13 mfg. facilities in the U.S. and one in India.
Supplier too Borden's, Sealtest, Foremost. H.P.Hood and about every major dairy in the U.S., Every major water company , Major food mfg., Beverage Companies Coke Cola, Pepsi Cola and Perrier. to name a few.
We developed many new concepts for our customers in selling and marketing. We had license agreements in England, Israel, Iceland, Japan, and Canada.
I was involved in every phase of the operation and development of the company. We started with $0.00 sales and grew to $160 million in sales. Being apart of every aspect of the operation is a big advantage of a small company.
At present I am On the Board of Directors Lancaster Colony Corp. who is involved in the automotive, food, glass and candle industries. |

Mr. Boothman has a wide range of experience in energy, industrial and startup companies. He began his career at BP Oil in Cleveland. While at BP, he was responsible for scheduling the Alaskan Crude oil tanker fleet and was the supply manager for BP’s petroleum product terminal system in the northeast United States. These roles enabled Mr. Boothman to gain a practical understanding of commodity trading and transportation. Mr. Boothman also completed the Commodity Traders Course and the Refining Business Course while at the company.
Most recently, Mr. Boothman worked at General Electric where he held several positions in Supply Chain, Six Sigma and Product Management. While at GE, Mr. Boothman was responsible for an international supply chain team in the Lighting division and was most recently P&L leader for a $50+ million business unit in the Superabrasives (industrial diamonds) division. Jeff also earned his Six Sigma Black Belt Certification during his time at GE.
Mr. Boothman was also a co-founder of VortexFlow, LLC. VortexFlow is a technology-based startup that brought novel fluid dynamics technology to the oil and gas industry. VortexFlow was voted the “Newcomer of the Year” in the Global Energy Industry as awarded by Platt’s Energy in 2004.
Mr. Boothman is currently a Principal in Foresight Development Group, a team specializing in developing residential real estate projects in the central Ohio area.

Alan grew up in the Cleveland, Ohio area and graduated from Bedford High School in 1974. At the Ohio State University, Alan majored in Finance and received a B.S. degree in Business Administration in 1978. Alan began his career with Service-Tech Corporation immediately upon graduation and now serves as the company’s President.
Service-Tech Corporation is an HVAC and industrial hygiene cleaning contractor that maintains a goal of providing a cleaner, healthier indoor air environment. Service-Tech has locations in Cleveland, Columbus and Tampa and provides services to clean air ducts, industrial ovens, exhaust systems, overhead structural steel and additional specialty projects. Alan also serves as President of three affiliated companies involving franchising, vehicle leasing, industrial vacuum and paint sales, and real estate management.
In addition, Alan has served NADCA (the National Air Duct Cleaners Association) in varying capacities, and is currently a member of Safety and Education Committee developing guidelines and protocols for professional standards in the business. |
